🏡 About the home - The house is a 4 bedroom house with a stunner of a backyard filled, with fruit trees and roses! Light and sunny (which I LOVE), and only 5 mins from the local supermarket, motorway and Glenfield mall. It also has an outside shed and BBQ!
🚪About the rooms - One out of the four rooms are up for grabs! $210 per week excluding expenses! It gets lovely sun during the day and plenty of storage in the room as well as the garage
💚 About me - My name is Alex, I'm 23 and currently working as a youth mentor and studying music full time! I love spontaneous outdoor adventures, anything crafty/artsy, worship nights, I bake often (so you'll never be out of sweet treats in the house haha), and love the occasional movie or games night! I'm also a musician and worship leader at my local church.
💚 About the other flatties - we have Esther (25) and Levi (23)! Esther is super creative, organised, and loves good late night chats and games! Levi rides a cool motorbike, plays bass in church and loves a good morning coffee :)
Rent: $210 Utilities: $25 each week (electricity, wifi, power, gas etc...) Bond: $880
