We have a lovely upstairs bedroom available in our welcoming 5-bedroom family home in Flat Bush. The room is approximately 4.2m x 3.7m in size and comes with your own private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, giving you plenty of space and comfort. Right next door to the bedroom is an unused lounge area that you’re welcome to make your own — perfect as a second living space, study, reading nook, or cosy retreat.
Our home is north-west facing, open-plan, and filled with beautiful natural sunlight. It's an easy walking distance to Barry Curtis Park and Ormiston Mall. You’ll be sharing with a mother and her 29-year-old son. We’re a relatively independent household, but we really value the chance to connect over a cuppa and a chat now and then. Two of the other bedrooms are used for guests and visiting grandchildren. The grandchildren are cared for here three days a week during the day (a one year old Tuesday/Wednesday and a three year old Friday), so it’s important that you’re comfortable having little ones around during those times. We also have a much-loved border collie who adores kisses, cuddles, and walks — so being a dog lover is a must!
