We are looking for 2 special housemates as we have two rooms available, one upstairs, one downstairs, both rooms have access to shared bathrooms, the rooms already have double beds in them, one has a study desk & chair, a set of drawers & a lidded bin, for rubbish, the other room, a double bed & side table & a lidded bin for rubbish, each room has a single wardrobe & yes;  both rooms have locks, should you want to lock your room, we've got locks on our bedrooms too, we've never used them.  Each available room is ready for you to move in from 08/03/26. We're asking for 4 weeks upfront, as two weeks bond & 2 weeks rent, $1200 to move in. Your 2 weeks bond is returned to you 48 hours after your final inspection prior to leaving, with the homeowner, one of the current Housemates. Wanna leave so soon? give us 2 weeks notice in writing, via email. We ask that you pass a Police vetting check too, we've all volunteered for one ourselves, all three of us passed. Shoes off at the door. We are a smoke & vape free home, no exceptions, no outside smoking permitted. We have too many lovely features to list here, the best is we have been a living together for 5 years plus, we're ready to welcome two more to our non traditional family set-up. About us? We all get on, we are all working full time, enjoying this space. We're ideally looking for two separate individuals, 30+, you're in a full time job, or part time job whilst gaining a qualification, you are tidy & clean up after yourself,  you can engage respectfully with anyone and  living in a group situation doesn't put you off, you can enjoy a good laugh around a meal and share your views, we're a judgement free zone! Our home is large and our garden is immaculately maintained, we have private spaces you can unwind in comfortably. We're ready to take your call to view. You would buy your own food, cook your own meals, wipe down bench tops, be considerate & an all rounder, we're all on different schedules, work wise, you really need to visit to sense how calm & tranquil this home is, we're offering a peaceful living space for you to decompress from the World around us.
