Our home is very warm in winter, heated by an excellent Yunca fire, a powerful heat pump, and two heat-transfer systems, so the house stays cosy all year round. There is a bus stop with a shelter directly across the road, with buses going straight to Windsor Shopping Centre, town, and SIT, making transport very convenient. The property has a fully fenced section, a glasshouse, and a small raised-bed garden, with lawns maintained. You would be living with a lovely elderly lady and her Christian daughter in a peaceful household. Shared spaces include a comfortable lounge with a large smart TV.
