A huge window on the other side you can see Pigeon Mountain from in the distance.
Super easy bus/walk/drive access to nearby churches: Life East, C3, Later Day Saints, Columbus, Elim etc
All 3 bedrooms are on the upstairs, downstairs is everything else. Your other 2 flat mates are clean respectful, social, and very easy to get on with.
Megan - Enjoys Church, Hiking & swimming at all the nearby beaches and has a gorgeous fluffy Cat who enjoys a snuggle or play time. Full time worker does Promo & Marketing, works 50% from home.
Elijah - Full time worker does Store & Warehouse Fit outs (like the new Ikea) Has a soundproofed music studio in the backyard where he records voice & Bass. Is down for a jam if you play an instrument or sing XD
Recently renovated kitchen with Gas Stove/Kitchen Island/heaps of room for your food/appliances etc
You will share a bathroom with one other. Again lots of storage in bathroom for your things.
There is a couple who live in the unit downstairs. Very lovely friendly couple in a self-sufficient unit. We socialize over board games or go out together for Tacos. You are welcome to join us :)
We are down a long driveway (less than 50m long) so we hear zero traffic from the main Bucklands Beach road. And with this huge backyard & Living room/Dinning Room there are plenty of quiet spaces for you to relax in.
