Room available for one Christian guy in Wellington, unfurnished, except that the room comes with a bed. The house is located at the top of the mountain with an awesome view (see photos). Your bathroom would be shared by two other people. The rent is paid $208 on a weekly basis + $30 for expenses (electricity + wifi etc).
The House
You would be joining a house that has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms (only one will be available), currently housing 3 other guys. This house also has multiple living spaces: the dining room, the front lounge, the downstairs room and the outside area (see photos). The location is very conveniently located in Wellington, with a hiking trail right behind the house and a bus stop close by. Parking is mostly on the street and in the driveway.
The Housemates
This house had a few cool guys come through, with most leaving as they get married. Right now, the 3 of us here are all going to different churches, but stay closely connected. We'd love to invite you to come join us if you don't already have a church home :) We're aged between 25-34, all of us are currently working, and the interests in the flat include things like rugby, cooking, board/card games, great conversations and movies. But above all, we're committed Christians keen to keep building each other up in the faith during our time in the flat :) We want this place to be more than just a house, but a home that you can be a part of.
