We’ve got a room opening up in our flat and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join the crew.
You’ll be living with four other full-time working guys. Everyone’s pretty independent during the week, but when our schedules line up, we’re in the common spaces, having a good yarn, watching shows or even having the odd party. It’s a relaxed, respectful vibe and we all do our part to keep the place feeling like home.
The room
• Unfurnished, medium sized room.
• $225 per week (includes utilities, internet, etc.)
• Double door built-in closet
Perks:
• Quiet street near bush walks and Lynfield shopping centre (Countdown, Mcdonalds, and other takeaways)
• On-street parking available
• Bus stops (25L, 252) across the road — direct to the CBD
We’re looking for:
• A male flatmate in their 20s or early 30s.
• Someone clean, respectful, and easy to get along with
• Ideally someone who shares or is open to the faith/spiritual vibe, as the rest of the flat has a Christian background
