We’re a young Christian family (both 25) looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate or boarder to join our home in Opawa. We have two little ones (aged 3 and 15 months), so our home has a bit of life and energy to it, but your space is nicely set up for some quiet too.
The house:
Located in beautiful Opawa, close to the city and right by the river
Two upstairs bedrooms (including yours), separate from the main living area and kids’ rooms
Built-in wardrobe in the room
You’ll share a bathroom with one other flatmate (18-year-old female)
About us: I’m a youth pastor at a local church and my husband is a builder. We enjoy a good yarn but also respect your space if you like to do your own thing.
Other details:
$220 per week (includes power and internet)
We have a small dog (loves cuddles)
Open to both short-term and long-term stays
Would suit someone who is easygoing, tidy, and comfortable living in a family home
