Hey! I’ve just bought a lovely north facing brick home down Bowenvale Ave and I’m looking for one person to come and join the flat.
The house is in a great location, just a five minute walk from Bowenvale Reserve, and it has been fully updated. It is completely insulated in the walls, ceiling, and floor, plus it is double glazed, rewired, and replumbed. It stays warm and has great water pressure.
The available room is a great size with its own ensuite and a built-in wardrobe. While the bedrooms are south facing, the rest of the house including the kitchen, dining area, and both lounges is north facing and gets heaps of sun.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms in total. I will be keeping the third room spare for guests and family.
I am in my mid thirties and have a pretty busy job that involves some travel. I love a tidy and relaxed home and like to keep busy. I am social and love a chat, especially after work, and I am a big fan of walks, runs, and social sports.
I usually have friends popping around for a cuppa and a chat, and I have family from the North Island who come to stay occasionally. Also, enjoy my own space and having a read and or playing the piano. Would be keen for a home environment that feels easy-going.
