We're looking for someone to join our beautiful home in Epsom.
You will be joining some lovely people in our mid 20's to mid 30's. We are all from different parts of the world (Kiwi, Mexico, South Africa) and all attend different churches. The flat is a welcoming space to call home.
We are a short walking distance of Cornwall Park. The house is down a quiet road but conveniently located near bus stops (a couple of which go directly into town), shops and cafes. There is a generous kitchen, outdoor area, and heaps of space.
The bedroom has plently of storage space with two large double wardrobes. Rent is $270 plus $30 for expenses and shared items (milk, spices etc), and the bond is $760.
