We have a master bedroom available, ideal for a single working professional who values their space and comfort. It has an ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk in closet. The main windows overlook the river and the room also has a glass door that opens on to the balcony/wrap around deck. It is next to the lounge where there is ample seating for many people and an extra large television. Beyond the lounge, there's a large kitchen and dining room that we mostly use for flat game nights so is often free. The laundry room is also upstairs and close by. My wife and I (age 22) live mostly downstairs with our own kitchenette but we use the laundry upstairs and the oven for occasional baking. We value community and love getting to know our flatmates. We have a great thing going here with one female flatmate (27) upstairs and one male flatmate (37) and we just want someone who is equally kind and respectful, but also easy going.
