I am currently looking for 2 flatmates for 2 rooms in my house located about 5 minutes out of Palmerston North in Newbury.
In the area is palmy town being a 8 min drive from the house, Fielding another 8 minute drive and ohakea airbase which is an easy 13 minute cruise.
The whole house has had new carpet, underlay, underfloor insulation and ceiling insulation within the last couple of years. The hallway is restored natural hardwood flooring and the bathroom and kitchen are lined with lino.
The rooms avaliable are, a smaller one for $150 a week which covers power, internet water and the only extra is your own food.
The second room is larger and costs $180 a week for everything but food. Both rooms also have built-in wardrobes as an added bonus.
Despite being different sizes both spaces are able to have accommodate a queen bed and furnishings with plenty of space left.
The house itself is a 1950s home it is comfy and warm though especially in the winter months.
It has a fireplace and heatpump to warm the house, has good water pressure and is up to healthy homes standards.
There is a large outside area with a huge deck that drops down to a firepit surrounded with a seat swing and bench seat so perfect for those Bible study hang outs.
I have 2 dogs (both German shepherds) a 3yr old pet and a 4 month old that comes with me to work during the day.
I am a 26year old male, currently working full-time.
Im looking for a like minded similar aged person or persons who are either working full time or studying.
