My wife and I just bought a house in Northcote. We are looking ideally for a female to rent out the room to. We may consider a couple.
About us: I work as a nurse at North Shore Hospital doing shift work but I tip toe around during sleeping hours so you'll hardly notice. My wife works as a teacher aide.
Rent is $300 per week including utilities (fair use) Bond is $600
Bathroom is shared, with a separate toilet (not pictured).
Our settlement day is the 30th June, we get the keys 🔑. So move in would be after the 30th June.
Note all items in the pictures are from current owners, we will bring our own furniture, etc. We may try to buy a king single bed from them, if you need it.
We would like someone/people respectful, as I work shifts, and responsible (able to participate in keeping the house clean). Someone/people who are like-minded - we attend a local Church in Wairau Valley.
Currently parking is on the road, there is plenty atm, but developments will soon be completed. We should have a second parking space out front for a second vehicle by then.
