1 double room unfurnished available in a 4bed Villa House, Occupied by myself (mom), 10yr old boy, 19yr old son (temporary staying), and aloof cat. 
 

2Rms are ensuite so only you and the 10yr old uses the common bathroom/toilet. 
 

Street parking++ just at the door step. 

Quiet household working weekdays but can fellowship on a weekend, only if wanted to. Decent churches  nearby. Great location very close to Onehunga bay/ motorway/ airport, pak nsave, dressmart, warehouse.  
 

Looking for mature individual who enjoys a quiet space and pays rent on time.  (No bond, just fortnightly advance rent)

3mos short term until 10th Oct , potentially longer can be discussed. Rm only 195/ wk inclusive water-wifi- reasonable use of electricity.  However I don’t have a dryer, only hang outside or laundrymat.

Dad lives at the very back unit separate entrance- he may occasionally come in to help my son w food prep or school drop off. 

Option to swap with one of the ensuite room next to it (270/wk)
