Hi, I'm a female, 40+ looking for a female Christian flatmate/boarder to share my home with me and a cat. It would suit a Masters/PHD student or full time worker.
There is a choice of a single room, fully furnished at $175 per week, this includes shared bills. (or a double room, fully furnished at $185) The house is in West End near the Esplanade, river, Kotahi bridge and bus stops. It is a quiet place yet close to amenities. Please txt (027) 862-6717 during the day/ring in evenings, thanks, Denise
