It’s just me in the flat at the moment, so you’d be moving into a quiet, easygoing home. I’m after someone respectful and tidy who’s happy to share a relaxed space.
The details:
• One room at $200 per week plus expenses (expenses don’t include utilities, so power, internet) • Available the first two weeks of July • Bond: ideally 4 weeks, but I’m happy to work something out if you can’t get that together straight away • Open to couples too! I’ve got a larger room available that isn’t in the photos, so flick me a message if that’s you • Parking: plenty of street parking, and possibly a garage park as well, happy to chat about that
The area: We’re on Cheyenne Street in Sockburn, a handy spot. PAK’nSAVE Hornby and the Hub are a quick drive for groceries and shopping, and Westfield Riccarton is just up the road too. Church Corner is close by for everyday bits. Easy access to the motorway and main routes, so getting across the city or out of town is straightforward.
I’m 25 and work full-time as a professional here in Christchurch, so I’m out through the week and the house stays pretty calm. I’m an easy person to live with clean, considerate, and happy to give people their own space. I’m reasonably social, so keen on someone I can have a chat and get along with, but I’ll always respect your space too. Looking for someone genuine and respectful to share the place with.
