You would have most of upstairs: a large master bedroom with ensuite, two more generous bedrooms, and another bathroom. One of the extra rooms could be your lounge, office, or we could share the spare room for guests, with the option of another flatmate later if we all agreed.
I'd have my own bedroom, lounge area and bathroom downstairs, and we'd share the kitchen and laundry, giving us both plenty of privacy.
The home is low-maintenance, with room for veggie gardens, backs onto a large park, and is in a lovely community. I also have a small, well-behaved Maltese/Bichon dog.
