Hi! I'm looking for one female flatmate to share my modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse in Upper Riccarton.
A little about me. I recently moved to Christchurch for work and I'm excited to make this house a warm and welcoming home. I enjoy having my own space but also value genuine friendship and a relaxed home environment.
The house will be fully furnished by 25 July, including the living and dining areas, kitchen appliances, and all the essentials. If needed, I can also provide a bed and study desk for your room.
The location is one of the best parts. It's only about a 10 to 12 minute walk to Westfield Riccarton and close to supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, gyms, major bus routes, the University of Canterbury, Church Corner, and Riccarton Bush. Hagley Park, the CBD, and the airport are all just a short drive away.
Rent is $300 plus shared electricity and internet, or $340 including power and unlimited internet.
Move in costs are 4 weeks' bond and 1 week's rent in advance.
I'm hoping to find a female working professional or student who enjoys a clean, peaceful, and respectful home. As a Christian, I'd love this to be a home where faith is part of everyday life. I enjoy hiking, road trips, travelling, trying new cafés, and exploring New Zealand. It would be lovely to occasionally share a meal or coffee, and I'd also love the home to be a place where Christian friends can gather for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship from time to time.
