• Upstairs double bedroom with built in wadrobe and your own bathroom* available
• Located in Aidanfield, 10 minutes drive to Riccarton, 15-20 minutes drive/20-25 minutes bicycle ride to City Center and 5 minutes drive to New World Halswell. 4 bedroom, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms house.
• Quiet and safe neighbourhood with plenty of off-street parking
• Wifi is included and we split the power bill. Free power from 9pm-12am on weekdays.
• Rent is $220 per week. Bond is 2 weeks rent
• Room is available anytime from 1 September, 2 weeks notice period for leaving, flexible tenancy

Things to know: 

• *My family are visiting from Singapore for ~2 months in mid Nov to mid Jan. During that period, rent will be $200 as you will have to share a bathroom with my family
