My flatmates and I are looking for a good quality guy to fill our soon-to-be available room in our 4-bedroom flat. We are 3 guys in our mid 20's to early 30's – Daniel (a PhD student in engineering), Sparsh (working in carer support), and Shane (working in auditing). We attend various churches across Central and West Auckland. We have quite varying schedules but when we’re around we like to hang out playing FIFA, while also respecting each others down time.
The room is available from October 24th, with flexibility to move in up to 1 week earlier. It is reasonably sized, and shares a bathroom with 1 other person. There is plentiful street parking, with an offstreet park being negotiable. Expenses are approximately $30 per week, and there is a bond of 4 weeks rent ($800).
