One of the owners (this house is owned by sisters) is living at the house (40 yr female) and is looking for a married couple, two friends or a single person (needing both a bedroom and an office), to rent the downstairs of the house.  

Timing of move in - negotiable (could be immediate).

Weekly rent is $365 for two people.  Pricing is negotiable for a single person. 

The offering is two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, separate toilet) in the downstairs part of a large two-storied home.  The owner will occupy the two bedrooms upstairs.  The open plan living, dining and kitchen spaces upstairs is shared.

The main bedroom is a sunny double room with a sliding door onto the patio / into the garden and a separate entrance to the rest of the house.  There isn't a built in wardrobe but a portable wardrobe is provided.  The space is private, quiet and peaceful.  The room has it's own wall heater with thermostat installed so is toasty in winter. 

The second bedroom fits a king single bed. It is a versatile space and has been used as an office, second lounge and bedroom. It also faces the back garden.

The house backs onto a tree-filled gully, creating a sense of retreat away from the city.  A fireplace with a wetback makes winter warm and cosy.   The laundry facilities are in the downstairs bathroom and would need to be accessed just to use washing machine etc.

Expenses will be shared between the number of occupants.  Each person paying $40 a week should cover lawn mowing, water, internet, power, and basic shared household groceries (cleaning supplies etc). This is additional to the rent advertised.

Ideally we are wanting a permanent person/s, but we are open to people needing short term solutions (3 months+) applying.
