Looking for two flatmates to come join me in this Spinaker Bay based home in Beachlands.
The house is fully furnished with a bed that can be provided for one of the rooms. This is a two-storey house with plenty of space it has bedrooms and a bathroom (which will be shared with one other person) on the second floor and everything else below. This house also has a cat, so someone who likes animals is a must. Power and internet is not included in the price.
Rooms are mid sized, can easily fit a queen bed and a desk, plus have their own generous sized wardrobe spaced.
In the area is a shopping center which includes Woolworths, a gym, cafes, plus a few takeaway places all within walking distance. Botany is roughly 20 mins drive, and a ferry to the Auckland City Center is a few minutes drive away. There are plenty of churches in the area, including a nice Baptist Church just 2km down the road.
Ideal flatmates would be someone in their 20s-30s who is tidy, friendly, considerate, employed/student, and is decently social.
You'd be living with myself who is a student in their 30s, big into researching the bible, gaming, cooking, and reading. I'm involved in the local Baptist church.
