Location: nice friendly beach side suburb with upmarket shopping village 1 min walking distance. Beaches, churches, city, Sylvia Park, Eastridge, supermarkets, public transport - all nearby.
To city: drive 10mins, 15mins bus, scoot/bike 30mins, walk 60mins.
To beach: 30secs walk
House: 2 storey townhouse, unlimited fibre, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, smart TV, balcony, off street parking, bath tub, separate toilet, high ceilings, large windows, air conditioner.
