We're a warm, committed Christian family looking for a preferably long term female border to join our home. We're moving into a beautiful, modern six plus bedroom home on 4 November 2026 and are currently looking for expressions of interest. We'll update the listing with photos as we settle in but it will be fully furnished with all brand new furniture (a Queen bed, desk, drawers etc). Rent includes power, water and internet.
Your own private space
The home was built in 2015 and has a separate bedroom wing, offering a lovely degree of privacy away from the main family living areas. Your fully furnished, spacious room (including bedding) is located just down the entrance hallway on the right (see floorplan in pics). The wing has it's own separate entrance into the hallway, creating a more private space to relax and unwind.
You'll have your own bathroom facilities and we're also planning on adding a kitchenette to make your space even more self contained.
A little about us and what we're looking for
We're a Christian family who homeschool our children, and it's important to us to find someone who shares our faith and values and will feel comfortable being apart of our household. We're looking for a female border who is either working full time or studying full time. Your room will include a brand new desk and chair, along with all your normal furnishings as mentioned above. We ask that you keep your room clean and tidy, vacuum it fortnightly and clean your bathroom weekly. The second room down the borders wing is also occupied with a lovely single Christian lady called Joanne, who is 36 years old. We are also looking for someone who is in their 20's or 30's as we are in our late 30's.
You'll also have access to our kitchen facilities and a media room with a projector for movie nights. You're welcome to host your small group here too, if that's something you are apart of.
Finding the right person is important to us. We'd love to find someone who will appreciate the space, respect our family environment and enjoy the privacy and independence this part of the home offers.
