FEMALE BOARDERS ONLY. BOARD $200.00 per week includes a fully furnished DOUBLE room, unlimited wifi, power, shared spaces are lounge, dining etc. The room's fully furnished with King Single Bed, Tall Boy, Desk and side table. Food not included in the price. One of the double rooms is in the front of the house and you can hear the traffic - can swap room for one of the single rooms if you do not like it. The cost for the single room $180.00 per week
I am an extrovert. I am pretty easy going. You must have a flexible attitude - this may not suit you if are an introvert because I am social, and my teenage sons stay during school holidays, sometimes my elderly parents stay over and my friends visit we are all loud.

The house is 15 minute walk to UCOL, there is a bus stop outside and across the road. Pak n Save, The Plaza , Cinemas, The Esplanade are between 5-15 minutes walking distance or catch the bus if you feel lazy! This house is in a really good location, and if you work in the city it will be easy to get there - no hassles trying to find a car park.
