Hilltop - Room for Rent (female flatmate)

$240/week including power and internet.

Long term preferred, however a second room will be available soon for short term stays.

I have a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Hilltop, close to the hospital. It's abut 30 minutes walk into town, or just a hop to the bus stop down the road. Off-street parking available as well as secure bike storage. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need.

We are a quiet but social household (not party people, but we enjoy the occasional shared meal or walk/adventure). Current flatmates are two females in their 30s-50s. Looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and easy going. There is a cat here, so unfortunately no additional pets.

Also included: fire place for cozy winters, freshly renovated bathroom, garden with shared veggies, great deck views of Mt Tauhara.
