We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our Unsworth Heights, North Shore flat. We are 3 guys, all working, aged in our early 30s. We are fine with either a guy or a girl.
The room itself is a single bedroom, with a closet, which can fit a single bed, a desk and some shelving. Rent is 155 + expenses per week. Expenses come to about $30 and include power, water and internet. Furniture shown in room is not included.
We offer a nice tidy house in a pleasant neighbourhood. There's easy access to both the Northern and North Western (Upper Harbour) motorways. Also the Park & Ride Bus station is fairly close so getting to the CBD isn't too much of a problem.
We are looking for an easygoing, tidy person. No smoking or heavy drinking please.
