We are a newly established home. Four bedrooms. Two lounges. Two bathrooms. A massive back yard. Internal access garage.
There is currently three females (all early 30s) - teacher and 'other' professional. We are wanting to establish a home where we can invite people over for dinner, drinks, games, bbq's, whatever! We are both good friends and have been for years - we have lots of mutual friends and like hanging out together/adventures.
We are looking for someone (x1) who we can call a friend - will drink wine/beer/other with us and have good chat. Male or female doesn't matter. Ideally someone late 20's/early 30's.
We have one room available - as shown in picture: $190 rent. Expenses are additional and will be spread across the flat. We haven't decided if we will do cooking together but likely.
