Looking for a female student (aged 18 – 25) to join our 4 bedroom flat in 2020 (earliest move in date 17th February 2020) Fantastic location on Linton Street, West End. Less than five minute’s walk to Pak’n’save, and bus stops on the Massey Route. Parking is available on site. We are 3 female third year students. Our ideal flatmate would be easy-going, quiet, tidy, and respectful of others. They would not own any pets, smoke/vape or be a party animal. Rent is $100.00 p/w (excluding expenses for food etc.), with a $50.00 p/w retainer from 15/01/2020 until 12/02/2020. Bond is $440. We share the bills for groceries, power and wifi, which all comes to a bit less than $50 per person per week
