One unoccupied clean tidy double bedroom available to be rented in a 2 bedroom flat (no stairs). 4 Minute walk to a quiet beach. Garden with lots of flowers, some trees. Current occupier has a cat (house trained). Would prefer a mature working person over 60 or on a pension.
