I am a 22yr old women with a slight special need - global delay (intellectual disability). I work part time in a cafe. I have some support with cooking. I am looking for a flatmate to share my home with. It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. It has full insulation top and bottom. It is brick and has underfloor central ducted gas heating. It is a nice warm clean home. I am looking for someone who loves to have a laugh, and enjoys cats. I have one. I am happy to have a girl flat mate, special needs, or not needs. I would like someone between 20 - 35 years old.
The house has everything you need - tv, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, lounge suite, dining suite and all kitchen stuff. You would need everything for the bedroom and linen. The bigger room is $195 a week and the smaller one is $185 a week. This includes power, gas and internet. In the winter months, the power/gas bill will be $20 a week more when the bill goes up.
