There is a bus stop near by and it is a short walk to Barrington Mall. Only a few minutes drive to the CBD or Riccarton.
The house has a heat pump and dishwasher. The shared living areas are fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with cooking equipment.
The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and currently contains a king single bed but could fit a double bed. The room can also be rented unfurnished.
The Bedroom is $153.33 per week + expenses.
Current tenants are two Christian females one 40s, one late 20s. We live pretty quietly and keep the house clean.
Shared expenses will be unlimited internet approx $20 per month, electricity and shared household items (toilet paper, cleaning products etc)
We share tasks on a weekly cleaning roster.
There is a small backyard and flatmates keep the lawn mowed & the garden weeded.
