Kia Ora! From around 21 November we have a room available in a four bedroom, double glazed, fully insulated house. You'll have your own bathroom and toilet unless we are visitors.

Rate for room is $180 p/w ($160 p/w if only staying during the week) which includes fibre internet + one TV streaming service of choice if wanted from either Netflix, Neon, Amazon, Disney etc. + basic amenities (cleaning stuff, toilet paper etc.). Power is extra, one quarter (1/4) of the monthly bill which generally comes to around $55 p/m average (We have old bills to view if required). Bond is two weeks rent so move in cost is bond plus one week rent so $540 ($480 if only staying during the week). 

Home is spacious and fully furnished. Heat pump in main living area. Room size is 2.95m by 2.80m. We can supply a heater, fan, bedside cabinet and light if required. Street parking is available.

We are looking for a clean and hygienic person as you'll be expected to keep your room, bathroom and toilet clean. We are a Christian married couple and are both working full time, love attending church, cooking, gardening and live busy lives.

Area is relatively quiet, friendly neighbourhood, great for walking and running. Located in Fitzroy, by Shaw's Dog Park (Formerly Shaw's Bird Park). Bus stop is 10 min walk. Waikato Hospital 10 min drive (18 min bike ride). Hamilton City Centre 12 min drive (22 min bike ride).
