We are currently looking for one flatmate to join our place. We desire to be more than just a place where you eat and sleep. We aim to be a place of belonging, growth and recharging. Inside the house are five flatmates. We all attend different churches + small groups but value following Christ in our various communities.
Currently, there is one furnished sleepout ready for someone to move in now.
We live in a reasonably central location but without the noise. Most workplaces in the CBD are less than a 15-minute bike ride away. Across the road from the house is South West Baptist Church. A short walk away is Spreydon Reserve and a 15-minute walk away is Pioneer Recreation & Sports Centre. Christchurch Adventure Park is a short 10-minute drive.
Rent includes power, unlimited fibre internet and cleaning supplies.
There is off-street parking.
