Looking for 2 chill and respectable Christian guys to join me in my new flat in Mt Wellington.

The bedrooms available are well sized:

Bedroom 1 is downstairs, has a sliding door to outside, a closet, and has direct access to the downstairs shared bathroom for $210/week exc. expenses.

Bedroom 2 is upstairs with a closet and a large window for $205/week exc. expenses.

Expenses are $35 per week and include power, water, gigabit internet, and general items like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.  Food not included.

The shared areas are furnished with nice furniture and high quality modern appliances.

The house has 2 shared bathrooms between 3 people. Makes it easy in the morning rush. It also has ethernet ports in all rooms for the techies.

It is located close to multiple key locations, Panmure, Ellerslie, Sylvia Park, and the motorway.
