Hi! My flat is looking for 1 more female to fill the remaining spot in our 5 bedroom house in Riccarton. The flat is about a 20 minute walk to the University of Canterbury and 15 minutes to the Westfield mall. Our flat is all females in their early 20s, so ideally we are looking for a girl similar age to us, who is studying or a working professional. We are wanting a flatmate who is keen to hang out and do things together, but is also respectful of study demands and a need for some quieter times. We are also pretty keen on doing shared meals together.

About the flat:

• The available bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe, but is otherwise unfurnished.

• Fully insulated with a heat pump in the lounge and an HRV system.

• Large garage for storage and plenty of driveway space for parking

• Open plan living room and kitchen with heaps of sunlight

• 1 full bathroom and an additional toilet

• Rent is $190 per week, and utilities plus shared food expenses (if doing flat meals) are an additional $50 per week. The bond is 4 weeks rent.
