This is a two-story brick house.  i am  Christian，Love God, love life，i  lives on the first floor.（with independent entrance and kitchen). Upstairs, there are three rooms with independent bathrooms for rent. Two of them have been rented out,      now there is a room with ensuit  available for rent.(available 4th December) ( For single only not couple). other two tenants are Christians and very friendly nice people， Get along very well， We are like a family. Sometime i cooking some food for us to share， one live here more than one year ，other one almost 3yeaes, this place is quiet and safe place . We want to find a flatmate  who is loving, grateful, respectful to each other, has a stable job, and treats this place as his own home. We look forward to the right person to move in here.

 It is located near Sylvia Park, you can take 8-10 minutes walk to Sylvia park，5min walk to countdown. drive 3 min to the highway, and cross road  have  coffee shop, convenience store, restaurant, takeaway.
