A three bedroom house, fully fenced in Brown Owl Upper Hutt. Great location and handy to shops, bus stops, and Upper Hutt Village. Easy to get to the train station for any commute. Looking to rent out one of the bedrooms a double bedroom and the facilities can also be provided if furniture is a problem. I have spare King Single Beds if needed. The house is tidy, with a lovely garden, fully kitted garage which serves as my office as I work from home full time.

I do have pets :) 1.5 Dogs (One full time at home and the other during the day - see photos) and one older cat who thinks she owns the place (she really does)

The house has cameras and a closed gate so fully secure and you can park your car off road in the driveway there is plenty of room.
