A 2 storey house in Avondale/New Windsor. Quiet location, convenient access to the motorway via Maioro Street.

We're flat of guys in our 20s, we're pretty quiet and like books! One is the owner (me).

Commute to CBD is about 20min by train now after a quick drive to Avondale station - super handy.
