We have a single room coming available in the New Year for a guy in our lifestyle block in Albany. Current flatmates 20-30's, all working. If you are looking for a great environment to be part of, and a relaxed bunch of people to live with - and you're tidy, considerate, friendly and enjoy a laugh, we'd love to hear from you! We're on a peaceful 3 acres overlooking bush and paddock with friendly goats, duck and chickens. Plenty of living space inside and out (for either peace and quiet, or to socialise, hang out with other flatties, and make it a home, not just a flat). Rest of house is fully furnished, you'll just need your bedroom furniture. Sorry no pets. Close to Massey Uni and Albany Village.
