A room is available in a warm sunny Centrally located flat! The house is 3 bedrooms with open plan kitchen and living. 3 offstreet parks, a deck that gets full sun and close to main cycle ways and roads, so only a short drive or cycle to work/ study!
The room has a built in wadrobe and comfortably fits a Queen. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. The house is also fully insulated and has a brand new heat pump in the lounge!
A little bit about the flatmates:
We are 25 and 19, work in the textiles industry and church intern and attend local churches. In our spare time we love to hang out with friends/ have friends over, play board games, sew/ other crafts, get outdoors, hike, swim, surf and volunteer as a leader at our Youth Group.
We are keen to find an awesome flatmate also in their twenties to join us who would be interested in creating a warm and comfortable place to call home!
