Move in date would be around end of April/early May but if you need to move in sooner let us know and we can arrange. You would be signing onto our current lease which is periodic.
Rent is $221 excluding expenses.
The bedroom is a double with wardrobes. There is a very large main bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet - and a separate toilet downstairs. The house comes with all white-ware with an excellent kitchen as well. There is a backyard and outside washing line. We also have a patio out front. The flat is furnished except bedrooms.
The street is very quiet, it is a private road with friendly neighbours.
Newlands is very central to all areas. We have a bus stop right outside our house which is only a 20 minute ride into town. By car, it is only 10 mins into town. We have countdown and new world nearby and a big city fitness gym. There are lots of lovely walks and reserves in Newlands with great views of the the Harbour and Hutt Valley.
You will be living with 3 Christian girls in their 24 and 25 years, all three working full time. They are easy going and social and absolutely love living in this flat. We like a tidy and quiet home so everyone can have their space respected.
