The room is sunny, double-sized, and has a built-in wardrobe. Our house is conveniently located in Wigram, close to a bus stop with quick travel times to Canterbury University, Lincoln, and the city centre. It’s a modern, comfortable home with double glazing, full insulation, and a ducted heat pump system.
There are currently two of us living here — both female working professionals in our 20s and 30s. We regularly attend church and are looking for a Christian female flatmate, ideally in her 20s or 30s, who is either employed or studying full-time. We’re both social and enjoy spending time together, but we’re not partiers, so we’re hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle.
No smokers, pets, or couples, please.
Rent would be $200 a week. Internet, power and gas bills would be shared equally, while I will supply cleaning products. Note that the room is unfurnished.
