There are 2 bathrooms/showers and 6 bedrooms, so 5 other girls (all aged between 20 and 22). The house is fully furnished other than the bedroom itself. There is a carpark right next to front door too. Stunning sunrise views! The room is available anytime after the 2nd of August and contract ends the 30th of November. I am getting married soon, so desperate to find someone to take my room. Happy to offer a deal too!
Rent is $195 a week + about $10-$15 a week for power/broadband (paid monthly). Bond is 4 weeks rent (Happy to discuss a discount).
