We are a flat of young working adults – looking for a like-minded person who is working or a student with a stable income. We are a mostly Christian flat and would like to find a respectful, chill person who is happy to socalise and gets along well with others. Not a party flat. Located on Hibiscus Coast Highway – central location - very close to Orewa town centre and bus routes. Bond is 3 weeks rent ($300).
The reason for the low price is because it is a smaller room – bed included in the room but we can move it out if you want to bring your own. There is storage space available in the cupboard opposite the door (photo attached). Also storage available in the garage if needed. Several onsite parks available and heaps of street parking.
We have a bigger flat with 3 people currently downstairs sharing one kitchen, one lounge, two toilets and one shower (you would be the 4th person using these facilities). There is also 4 people upstairs using a separate lounge, kitchen, toilet and shower.
