This room is a double room with private ensuite, renovated in 2019.
Two separate living spaces and a sun room, so the place never feels crowded

Excellent bee-line bus route to the city along Dominion Road, and close to the South-Western motorway.
Within walking distance of the stunning Waikowhai coast
Beautiful views over the Waitakeres
Cook just once a week and eat fresh home cooked meals most nights
Expenses are $20 per week, plus $65 for food - this covers all food, unlimited Internet, power, water and lawn maintenance
The room is $270 per week plus expenses.
