We are very clean and tidy, easy going and enjoy a good laugh. We’re big boardgame people! I am currently doing my PhD and my husband works for One NZ.
Things to know: - All rooms have double door built in wardrobes - Rent is all inclusive (Electricity, Gas, Internet, Water) with essential household and kitchen items included too - House will be furnished with washing machine, fridge, couch, dining table etc - Off street parking right outside the front door - Central heating - 4 weeks bond and rent 1 week in advance
