Kia ora! 

We are looking for 1 flatmate to join our flat. We are 3 Christian female full-time workers, aged between 21-27. We are looking for a female of similar age to join us. We are all social girls, but also enjoy our quiet time, a good mix of both. We all attend church. 

Our flat is close to the Palms mall, a 10min drive to the beach, and a bus stop is a 1 min walk away. We also are right next to the Avon river and red zone which makes it a great spot for walking/running/biking. 

We currently have 2 dogs, so looking for someone who is reasonably comfortable with that, or is willing to start learning, 1 dog is leaving in January. Picture attached. 

There are 2 car parks on the drive, then street parking, which is on a first come first served basis. 

Room cost is $150, plus $25 per week to cover wifi/gas/electricity/flat items. No bond required. The available room has a cupboard with plenty of storage. See picture.
