You will be staying with two boys in their 30s, one IT graduate student and a graduated teacher from the Netherland for a short-term exchange. Both are quiet and respectful persons.
The house is fully fenced and has a spacious backyard, a vegetable garden, and free fruits all year round. It takes only a five-minute drive from the shopping centre, library, swimming pool, gyms, Laidlaw College etc. There are carports in the front yard for parking.
Rent includes all bills, such as power, water, and internet. Additional fees may apply IF you use excessively more electricity in the winter. Move-in costs are one week's rent in advance + two weeks' bond.
No pets, no smokers, no late-night parties. We are looking for a clean, tidy, and responsible talent who pays rent on time.
