Room available for one Christian guy in Epsom (see photos) completely unfurnished. The size is 2.95m x 2.91m, and it is located on the ground floor. Your bathroom would be shared by one other person. The rent is paid $370 fortnightly, and this includes utilities. You would also pay $25 fortnightly in addition to the flat communal account, to cover costs for shared groceries like toilet paper, cooking oil, etc.
The Flat
You would be joining a 2-storey flat which has 7 bedrooms (two of which are have ensuite bathrooms) and two bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs), currently housing 6 other guys. This flat also has multiple living spaces: the dining room, the front lounge, the games room, and the upstairs lounge (see photos). The house itself is fairly old, being created in the villa-style, which you can see in the very high ceilings in some rooms. The location is very conveniently located in Central Auckland, with bus stops close by. Parking is either on the street, or shared between flatmates inside the property.
The Flatmates
This flat first started in 2016, and since then, it has had 21 guys come through, with most leaving as they get married. Right now, the 6 of us here are all going to Auckland Evangelical Church (some to the Unichurch campus, and others to the Ev Central campus); we'd love to invite you to come join us if you don't already have a church home :) We're aged between 26-32 (but don't let this be a barrier if to join if you're younger!), all of us are currently working, and the interests in the flat include things like cooking, board/card games, DnD, computer games, and anime. But above all, we're committed Christians keen to keep building each other up in the faith during our time in the flat :) We want this place to be more than just a house, but a home that you can be a part of, so we're looking for someone who is committed to Christ.
Other Details
We have 3 lovely cats who are each about 1-2 years old: a ragdoll, a munchkin, and a british longhair. We also have monthly flat bible reading and prayer meetings together.
